Bailey Duhé

Bailey is a Research Associate at EdSolutions where she utilizes a mixed methods approach to produce data-driven insights in support of educational equity.  

Prior to joining EdSolutions, Bailey worked as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consultant, specializing in program evaluation and coaching for educators dedicated to fostering more inclusive and equitable learning environments. Bailey holds a Ph.D. from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she conducted primary research on the representation of multiracial/multiethnic identities within demographic data and in contemporary US culture. 

Bailey’s perspective as a social scientist and anthropologist informs her ability to expertly dissect and analyze complex, often ambiguous structures and center the people within them. At EdSolutions, Bailey is passionate about producing grounded research that generates impact for students in under-resourced communities.
