Natasha is an Engagement Manager at EdSolutions. She specializes in supporting mission-based organizations in the K-12 education market in the development of sustainable growth strategies. She is passionate about education products and services that create equitable, transformative change and improved outcomes for young people.
Natasha has over a decade of experience in the education sector. She began her career as a first grade teacher and has worked in public schools in Mississippi and New York City as an educator. Prior to joining EdSolutions, Natasha spent six years working with schools in New York City within the NYC Department of Education as a Community School Director and Senior Community Schools Director. She implemented wraparound services for students and families, collaborated with school leadership teams, and managed school-based staff to create change strategies focused on equity, attendance, mental health services, social-emotional learning, and postsecondary readiness.
